Why don't you have availability threads?
I don't do Availability threads because it complicates things. You're an active member of the roster which means that as an active member, you have the responsibility to roleplay. However, if you cannot wrestle, you are more than free to let me know that you won't be able to participate, in which we'll give you the time off that you need. I don't believe in chasing after a roster full of superstars to book a show. Instead, it is your responsibility to inform me and the staff of any needed time off. We're lenient here, it shouldn't be that hard.

Why do you run everything off the website and not the forums?
I like to maintain a level of professionalism and uniqueness. There are things that I believe that set the GNE apart from any other feds on the web, and I think this is one of them. Yes, it's a lot of work, but if you're going to do something, then go all out right? This also adds a sense of navigation and use for the webpage, instead of it just being there for show. This way you can be interactive with not just the boards, but with the GNE main page as well.

When are the deadlines?
The deadlines are posted at the bottom of the card, this way if there's an exception you'll know. Just check the bottom of the page where the extra information is. This is for both PPV and High Voltage.

What are the titles?
Please refer to the Champions section of the website.

How many characters are allowed?
There is no limit as to how many characters are allowed, but all that is asked is don't overwhelm yourself or make it so that each character is almost identical. It's very difficult to control more than one person, but if you can do it, more power to ya.

Can I join your staff?
If we're looking for staff, then we'll let you know. But if you simply ask us or come to me telling me you want on the staff, chances are that I'll say no. I'm always looking for match writers, but to be a staff member I have to be able to really use your skills as I believe in having a small yet efficient staff. Dedication and consistency will show me more than just how good of an individual and roleplayer you are, but it'll give me insight on what you'd do for others when they're in need. That's what being a staff member means. If you want onto the staff, then work at it, but don't ask me all of a sudden.

How do I join your in crowd?
Let's get one thing straight, right now, I don't believe in having cliques nor do I believe in groups of friends in federations. Everything that is done in the GNE is done fairly and on a completely unbiased level. I can give you my personal guarantee. Not only will I take offense to this question as I work hard to maintain that level of professionalism, but I'll be upset because we try hard to welcome everyone, both veterans and newcomers alike with the same respect and attitude as the next individual.

Can I have a title shot?
Ask me this and the answer will be no. You need to earn a title shot just like everyone else. I don't care who you are, who you've impressed, how long we've known each other, how good that blowjob was, the fact of the matter is simply this, you have to work your way up the ladder in the GNE.

Why don't you have a weekly show during PPV week?
Because rp'ing should not be a chore and having to roleplay with dedication for two shows in a week is not only strenuous on me, but it's strenuous on you as the roleplayers. This is a game, a hobby, and should be enjoyed. Having 1 PPV simply raises the stakes and brings some more hype to the game, and during PPV week, that's what your mind should be on: having fun at the big show.

Why are there limits on the sig sizes for the forums?
Because massive sigs or too many sigs are not only tacky and idiotic, but they stretch the boards and make the federation look sloppy. There is no need, NO NEED AT ALL, to have 4 signature banners. You are allowed 2 with width restrictions and no height restrictions as long as you use common sense. If you cannot abide by this then clearly you do not have the sense it takes to roleplay here.

What do I get if I affiliate with your fed?
Word of mouth is absolute best way of gaining people. You have friends you talk to, just like we have friends. Despite being put up on the front page, we will also recommend the federation to any individual that asks if it meets their criteria. This is why I ask information about what type of federation you run, so that if someone is looking for something aside from the GNE, we know what direction we can point them in. Not only that, but with all the advertising we do at GNE, we get over 200 hits a day, and this is just starting out. Chances are things have changed. If even 10 percent of people click on your banner, that's 20 new individuals visiting your site, 140 over the course of a week, and 460 over the course of a month.

Can we merge feds?
I don't do merges because I like to keep a minimal and efficient staff with separate tiers. Talk to me about the idea and I'll get some specifics on you, and see what we can do.

Can you make me a website?
With running GNE fulltime, I don't have the time nor patience to put together and code another webpage. I'm sorry but I'm not taking layout requests anymore. Please refer to www.roughkut.com as there are various recommendations on how to get a webpage.
