GNE's History isn't particularly long or colorful, but it is however growing as the days go by. The actual idea of the GNE came to mind many months ago, in the earlier months of 2007 as somewhat of a side and beta project. Think of it as a way to let some creative juices flow. But it was never actually imagined that the GNE would grow into the empire that is being pieced together each second of every day.

The roots for GNE initially spawned when efedding was entering its prime, early in 2000 and 2001, but the project itself was put on the backburner. A lot of that had to do with limited tools, limited time, limited experience, and most importantly, limited resources.

Throughout the 6 year gap between the idea, and the actual opening of GNE, there was another federation that hit the pinnacle of what e-fedding could be. That fed is given credit to as the "home" of where the roots of GNE spawned: ESW. Elite Superstar Wrestling was an e-fedder's dream, and it is throughout this incredible federation, where the heart, the soul, the desire to open GNE came from.

The passion that was founded at ESW by our owner, who was a previous long time owner of ESW, is the same passion that brought Jeff/Soren, to open GNE. The wealth of knowledge that was obtained throughot those many years before opening GNE's doors, including all the time spent in ESW, is the same knowledge that's being instilled into every aspect of GNE. It is through this idea that GNE hopes to sit amongst the most enjoyable place

Arguably one of the most successful and outstanding federations in its time, ESW housed phenomenon monikers that live on even today. It is through their love for the game that GNE inspires to become a phenomenon, in her own respect.

This fed is destined to set itself apart from all others, and we will do whatever it takes to do precisely that. The GNE history is far from complete, but as the weeks pass, the tapestry that is Generation Next Entertainment, will take shape.
